We only accept returns within 7 days from your delivery date and the goods are still brand new in original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.
You may return the items through your own specified courier or we can get these collected using our own courier at a charge. The customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery. We regret that we cannot be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been checked by the customer.
If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paperwork to include damaged before accepting. This enables the replacement procedure to be more efficient.
